Video thumbnailing has a number of significant negative outcomes on any system

- Significantly increased power/battery consumption
- Significant CPU stalling when browsing large directories containing large
videos
- Significant IO stalling when browsing large directories containing large
videos

As most video files these days are 4k or higher resolutions, the battery, CPU
and IO cost of enabling video thumbnailing is not worth it

We will not be fixing this bug for those reasons
