My primary concern is, that this adds the winbind system group if it does not
exist. Once the freeradius-server package is removed we're left with an empty
and useless winbind group, except samba is installed.

There should also be some %postun logic to remove an empty winbind group.

Otoh, I just noticed that freeradius also leaves the radiusd user and group
lingering around, so I guess that's acceptable.
