It's hard to tell what went wrong without the Yast logs :-(


I guess recreating the same partitions back and trying the installation again
to get the logs is not possible (as it would destroy your installed system).

Please next time save the YaST logs immediately when find an issue and attach
the archive here, see https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Report_a_YaST_bug.

If you can still reproduce the issue and you can get the log then reopen, thank
you!
