I'm not quite sure what you are asking.

Once the update is applied, you will be able to boot Windows from the grub2
boot menu entry.  You don't have to do anything else.  If you had disabled
secure-boot in your firmware, you might want to turn that on again.  The update
won't do that -- you will have to get into firmware settings.
