Installing mozjs38-devel results in a mainly unusable devel package being installed. all files inside /usr/include/mozjs-38 (except js-config.h) are symlinks to /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/mozjs-38.0.0 which does not exist on a system. Thus, building anything on top of that is impossible
