Comment # 3 on bug 1164914 from Andreas Vetter

Regarding stunnel.conf: I threw away old stuff and now rely on upstream much
more. Also the stunnel-doc split is reworked. stunnel-doc is Recommended now.
I reworked stunnel 5.55 as a start. Leaving 5.56 for the next step.
