This was collateral damage of the spam flood and is fixed since months :-)

Well, mostly - there's still one AccessManager IP not on the proxy whitelist
which causes trouble maybe once a month, but getting this fix deployed on the
current servers is harder than unblocking it manually.

So, if you see this again, please ping me or another wiki admin.
