Hi Thomas,

I tried to build RMT server for the same configuration and unfortunately it
fails because of missing dependencies (it can not find even things like gcc and
libcurl-devel).

Those packages could be missing because of TW rebuilding now (which we don't
know for sure though).

As we can not investigate the real issues now (looks like it has something to
do with recent update of Factory to Ruby 2.6) I suggest that we wait with that
a bit until the RMT dependancies are there.
