On my Raspberry Pi3 B and B+, if I boot from a USB stick, the 'reboot' commands does not work properly: it starts the reboot process, but stay stucked at: [ 3689.828348] reboot: Restarting system and I need to power cycle the board. Booting from SD card does not show this problem and 'reboot' just works.
