I just double-checked on my up-to-date Tumbleweed:

YaST password widgets don't have an "eye" icon or anything similar to make the
password visible temporarily. We always hoped that Qt would provide something
for that, but until now, Qt 5.15 LTS (which is what we use) doesn't.

"gnomesu" which is what GNOME and Xfce use also don't have it.

I seem to recall from a recent bug report that you are a KDE Plasma user,
right? So that icon would be in "kdesu" (which I don't have installed on that
machine).

Reassigning to the KDE maintainers.
