So, with the latest SLE15-SP5 kernel I provided for mt76, and switching the
BIOS sleep mode to "Linux S3 hibernation", S4 works fine now?

It's interesting that this BIOS item isn't found on Thinkpad T14s Gen 3 I'm
testing now...
