I have been using only Wifi for several days now and I haven't observed a
single occurrence of the issue.

When I was connecting through ethernet cable (via a USB adapter) it was
happening almost every day.

It's pretty clear that the issue has to do with wired network; I'm guessing
it's specific to USB-to-ethernet adapters, otherwise this would be affecting a
huge number of users and by now you would have fixed it.

Assuming I'm guessing right, what would be the next step to help diagnose this?
