I just stumbled over the /usr/bin/installdbgsymbols.sh script which is also installed by the drkonqi package. It uses an unsafe predictable /tmp path for a FIFO in an unsafe way. I created the following upstream issues for this: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/drkonqi/-/issues/5
