Comment # 1 on bug 1192269 from Bengt G���rd���n

Have similar problem with kstart5 but I usually start an application on a
specific desktop. Like this:

kstart5 --desktop 4 --window Xterm xterm

This no longer works. I think it has been like this for a few months but I just
thought it was a fluke and waited for another snapshot but it made no
difference. I'm on VERSION_ID="20211126".
