Comment # 3 on bug 1187992 from Nolan Leasy

I have enountered this problem with Cinnamon 5.0.x as well and found no
workaround. The settings schema 'org.cinnamon.control-center.display' appears
to have been omitted from the latest implementation of Cinnamon on Tumbleweed.

This is not a problem in Cinnamon 4.8.6.
