The log in comment 12 shows a GPU lockup at hibernate thaw, and it's not trivial to fix by itself, unfortunately. Other than that, we've got a tons of r8169 error messages. I guess it's the one to be tracked in a different bug report. There are already some upstream fixes that are likely relevant with this, so please open another bug report for r8169 problem.
