Keepass has been failing builds for Factory since the update to Mono 4. This is because Mono 4 dropped support for older compile targets. Apparently, this can be fixed with a change to the project file. Also, Mono-Community needs to the Tumbleweed repo updated from the old definition and enabled. It seems a patch file change all of the ToolsVersion=3.5 to ToolsVersion=4.5 would fix the issue.
