Comment # 7 on bug 962980 from Ludwig Nussel

YaST has a hardcoded list of xinetd services built in:
https://github.com/yast/yast-inetd/blob/master/src/include/inetd/default_conf_xinetd.rb

I suggest to get rid of this hardcoded list in YaST and work with actually
installed services only. The way it is now is just prone to become wrong.

rsh was dropped from Factory already for example. For Leap I will remove rsh
from the medium, it will be available online only.
