hwinfo --all
The touchpad of my dad's new laptop [Acer Aspire E17 ES1-711-P06M] fails to
work after suspend-to-ram (which I expected to happen), but it also fails to
work after suspend-to-disk, which is a new issue to me.
What I've tried so far:
* adding "atkbd.reset" to kernel boot parameters [didn't help with this
machine]
* tried various settings with 'synclient'
Find attached various X.org logfiles [before suspend + after resume], output of
'xinput' [before and after] and the output of 'hwinfo --all'
I find it odd that the touchpad is still listed by xinput after resume, but it
doesn't do anything.
