I've now managed to reproduce the issue (or a different one). After installing and uninstalling amdgpu 20.30 the system is left in a broken state. Reinstalling Mesa-dri solves the problem for me. Not sure why your other kernel is working (mine is not) but you can try booting into it and enter: sudo zypper in -f Mesa-dri Hope that helps
