Comment # 3 on bug 1026093 from Jean Delvare

Reopening as the bug is still present in openSUSE Leap 42.3. It is caused by a
genuine syntax error in the CPU plugin, coming from one of our patches:

tuned-2.4.0-use_cpupower_for_intel_perf_bias.patch

It seems that the patch got fixed in SLES at some point, but the Leap 42.2/42.3
version was never fixed. Leap 15.0 is OK.

Using the version of the patch that is present in SLES 12 SP3 should solve the
bug. I'll attach it.
