Hello,
I didn't understood that you was suggesting me recompile the kernel.
By the way with kernel subrelease -2 & -3 (vmlinuz-5.15.2-3-default) and
5.15.5-1-default the problem disappeared... 
I had not time to investigate or verify log details but it seem 
there are no oops evidences:
