TW20230227 with kernel-default-6.2.1-1.1.g69e0e95.x86_64 from Kernel:stable repo does not suspend/hibernate anymore. Regarding the latter, the possibility to hibernate is not even provided in KDE's menu. Kernel-default-6.2.0-5.1.g09a9a65.x86_64 works fine.
