Comment # 20 on bug 856659 from Takashi Iwai

Thanks, I could reproduce the problem on a local machine with openSUSE 13.2
kernel, too, so I could take a bit deeper look.

The culprit was the order of destructions of parport_pc and ppdev devices.  The
fix patch is below.
