Comment # 6 on bug 1054088 from Andreas Stieger

This was actually caused by a change in GnuPG 2.1.23 which made
--auto-key-retrieve and --auto-key-locate the default 2.2.0 reverted that. No
change required for zypper/libzypp at this time, except investigating gpgme
usage of course. Thanks!
