I am experiencing the same issue regularly on my Dell Precision 5530 with the
latest Tumbleweed kernels.

Often it even happens without actively using docker or k3d when the system is
started, just when the docker service is enabled.

The workaround for me was to disable docker on boot but of course as soon as I
start the service my system might crash.
