I suggest to reinstall nvidia-gfxG04-kmp-default package

rpm -e nvidia-gfxG04-kmp-default  --nodeps
zypper in nvidia-gfxG04-kmp-default 

If this doesn't help, please attach the result for running
/usr/bin/nvidia-bugreport.sh
