About 10 days ago I recognized that my HDMI sound doesn't work anymore. All my
HDMI profiles are marked unavailable. I suspect the last kernel updates. At
least I found in the OpenSUSE forum a thread from February 2020 that exactly
describes my problem. The problem was solved by installing an older kernel.

Apart from that pulseaudio eats about 10% of my cpu time right now.
