Please assign this bug to the Cinnamon team.

The 'Display' setting dialog/window is a very important componenent in the
Cinnamon environment and is still missing. The appropriate gschema is present
in other Cinnamon 5.0.5 implementations, but was somehow omitted from the
openSUSE implementation.

This is not an upstream problem.
