the keybase package that comes packaged in openSUSE Leap 15.1 is outdated... to the ponit of being a prehistoric artefact: bundled comes version 2.11 - current from keybase.io is 5.1.1.... also, it lacks all gui elements - probably because it is such an old version. please update to the latest version.
