As far as I can tell from the upstream bug reports, this issue was already
fixed in runc 1.0.0 which has been released in Factory for quite a while now (I
just submitted 1.0.2). I don't think it's been submitted to SLE yet because we
haven't had a relevant BZ bug or Docker release, but I can submit it to SLE now
if you like.
