Comment # 5 on bug 971669 from Alex M�ller

For the last few weeks I just had the relevant older LDAP RPMs from Leap
installed and locked. 
However, recently the YaST2 LDAP module seems to have gotten an update and so I
once again tried with the TW LDAP packages. YaST prompted me with the question
if I want to start a new setup or read in the existing setup (or something like
that). I started anew, but to my pleasant surprise the "new" setup magically
contained all my old accounts. Since then everything seems to work again.
As far as I'm concerned the problem is solved.
