The Server minimal pattern has been changed to no longer include 'ntp'. Yast does not like this too much, as it unconditionally tries to configure the NTP services, then failing for ntp.service to be missing. See https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/69401/modules/livecdreboot/steps/14 Yast should be smarter in detecting if this service needs to be configured (only if it was installed).
