That journalctl -k is a screenshot. What Takashi wanted was journalctl -k > w.log and then you uploading that w.log file. But before you do, boot the kernel with "ignore_loglevel log_buf_len=16M" on the kernel command line, trigger the problem and *then* collect dmesg. Just in case, do dmesg > dmesg.log too, in addition. I don't trust this journalctl thing. Thanks.
