Comment # 5 on bug 1083842 from Fabian Vogt

I was able to reproduce the issue with the version of NM from TW as well.

It's actually two bugs:
- NM provides an invalid value for AccessPoint Flags (only one is defined, but
two are set)
- plasma-nm treats the value of Flags wrongly

I made a patch and submitted it upstream: https://phabricator.kde.org/D10997

As it's just a cosmetic issue I don't think we need this as a package, if you
want one just tell.
