Thank you for the testing! As openSUSE:Leap mariadb package comes from SLE12SP1
we need to fix it there first. The fix will appear in openSUSE:Leap within the
next maintenance update.

I also added this new BuildRequires to my current development branch of MariaDB
10.2.8 so it will be fixed in openSUSE:Factory too.
