journalctl output after plugging in USB scanner (5.15.2)

Not sure if the question related to the USB Type C log entry was about whether
this appears when I plug in the scanner. Anyway, it does appear immediately
after plugging in the scanner and it is associated with the bug I reported.

For reference, I've uploaded journactl output with kernel 5.15.2 starting a
couple of seconds before I plugged in the scanner. The problem still appears
and the log contains the output you noted earlier
