Pgadmin log with the error at the end of the file
PgAdmin4 has problems with connecting to a postgres server entry (Postgresql
12, no ssl/with ssl, postgres-user and normal database user).
When trying to connect pgadmin4.log gets this:

AttributeError: 'psycopg2.extensions.Column' object has no attribute '_asdict'
