Comment # 7 on bug 1074891 from Josef Reidinger

OK, problem in this case is missing final endline ( if you add it then it works
). From my POV it is bug of Sysconfig lense as it is not hard requirement to
have trailing new line.

Augeas maintainer: I think problem is this line
https://github.com/hercules-team/augeas/blob/master/lenses/sysconfig.aug#L52 in
general I think that Shellvars.comment_or_eol should accept also EOF. Is
possible to modify it to accept also EOF as EOL?
