Comment # 16 on bug 1062195 from Tristan Miller

The Leap 15.x RPMs in the Update repos for seamonkey-translations-common and
seamonkey-translations-other have been fixed for a while now.  I am assuming
that Wolfgang simply forgot to mark this bug fixed per Comment 8 so I will
boldly do so myself.
