Steps To Reproduce:
0) on a system with one or two pre-existing VGs
1) delete the old partition of VG
2) create a new partition and create "system" VG
3) in the system VG, create root, swap, home LVs
4) click Accept
Actual Result:
summary only shows deletion of LVs etc, and creation of VG,
but new LVs are missing and warning about missing root partition is shown
going back to the expert partitioner, the LVs are also missing
