Wait, I have wrongly read it being 8086:23fD.  It's 8086:23F3, so it's indeed
8260.

Then TW issue might be just an old FW problem.  Try to install kernel-firmware
from OBS Kernel:HEAD repo, as I already mentioned.

Though, it's not sure whether the same thing would work for Leap 4.4.x kernel,
as the firmware uapi version changed.  Let's see...
