After booting the live media i see these on the desktop:
Installation
Upgrade

In these files:
/usr/share/applications/installation.desktop
/usr/share/applications/upgrade.desktop

It says:
Name=Installation
Comment=Install the system from online repositories

Name=Upgrade
Comment=Upgrade an already installed system from online repositories

The files does not contain translation.
I would like for the strings to be translateable so i can translate them on
Weblate or other way.

Tested with openSUSE-Tumbleweed-KDE-Live-x86_64-Snapshot20181126-Media.iso in
VirtualBox.
