Comment # 3 on bug 926323 from Reinhard Max

This is three years old and as comment 0 states chrony only existed in the
devel project at that time, so the vulnerable version was never part of any
official openSUSE or SLE release. I don't think we should now clutter the
change logs with this old stuff especially given that this was only rated as a
minor security issue (VUL-1).

But I'll leave the last word on this to the security team.
