Tom����, I suggest providing an update to 13.2, yes. 

The addressed issue is really far beyond only annoying (as a usability issue):
If you can't move the oversized open or save dialog out of the visible part 
of the display, you're doomed.
If this involves a version upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4, it might be more
difficult. OTOH, the users are most certainly going to be quite grateful
for an upgrade, as numerous bugs have been fixed in the last stable 
branch that were present in many earlier versions (the oversized 
dialog problem is a 4.4 and 5.x problem).

I'm running the packages on my 13.1 systems, where they work flawlessly.
