Comment # 2 on bug 1009930 from Pedro Rosado

I've added the repo and I've updated mesa-libgl package along with some others
to the 13th version. But I'm confused about this, the repo is enabled but why
didn't opensuse suggest the upgrade of those packages since the repo offers
packages with an higher version number? I had to do it manually through the
package manager on leap 42.2. 

Second, why isn't that repo discriminated so end users can find it? On the
facebook group no one could answer the question, and I came here with a bug
report since it was what the community told me to do on the suse forums. 

Third, thank you, since it is working lol. Also are the packages on this repo
bleeding edge or how does it work?
