I confirm the same issue on Leap 15.6!

The issue appears to be linked with the current kernel version:

6.4.0-150600.23.17.1

When I boot to the older one:

6.4.0-150600.23.14.2

the issue disappears.

sudo lspci | grep -i audio

When I boot to the affected version, the only sound I get is from the Bluetooth
headset. When I disconnected them, no sound or microphone was available.

It is a standard ThinkPad P15v Gen 3
CPU: 12th Gen Intel i7-12700H (20) @ 4.600GHz 
GPU: Intel Alder Lake-P GT2 [Iris Xe Graphics]
