On latest tumbleweed 20150311 kate5 wants to remove kdevelop4 as kdevelop
requires kate and kate5 does not provide kate and the kpart split is missing
(unlike what has been done for konsole/konsole5 with konsole-part/konsole5-part
allowing to install either konsole or konsole5 with kdevelop4).
