a Japanese user first login to desktop and check his input engine under IBUS.
Description of problem:
If a new user login to GNOME desktop with Japanese as his default language,
default input engine should *only* be "Mozc".
Version-Release number of selected component:
openSUSE Tumbleweed
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1, Fresh install openSUSE Tumbleweed.
2, During installation, select Japanese as the default language,
3, Create a new user account during installation.
4, Make sure Gnome desktop component has been installed together.
5, login as this user after installation successfully finished.
6, Check the default input method.
Actual results:
User's input method is xkeyboard key-mapping or none.
Expected results:
IBUS has Mozc input engine only.
Additional info:
This is an enhancement issue, which can make Japanese user more convenient to
input local charactors.
