I'm not quite sure what is wrong with your system. The correct results for 'ls
-l /usr/lib/virtualbox/VirtualBox' is
-rwsr-x--- 1 root vboxusers   162432 Nov 24 14:12 VirtualBox

That is permissions of 4750, not 4711. One possible conclusion is that you have
not created a user named "vboxusers".

Please post the value for the 'ls -l' command on your system.
